Description
Laughter relaxes decreases stress hormones resistance to disease. Laughter triggers the body's natural feel good chemicals. Laughter protects the heart by improving the function of blood vessels and increases blood flow. Laughter lightens angers heavy load. Laughter may even help you live longer.

I found this video funny because there voices are not so good and they are on tv and they are emmbasing them selves and it's pretty cringe.
I am a student at in Uru Mānuka. In 2020 I was a year 9 and in 2021 I will be a year 10. This is a place where I will be able to share my learning with you. PE
Last week at PE hurumanu we played three different activities floor hockey,soccer and benchball and over in the gym we were put into six different teams my teammates were Tobey,Melan,Mya,Emily,Lian for every activity we had a good fithteen minutes for each activity we had to stick with the same opposition we had some challenges with the activity and we had a talk about how we are going to overcome our challenges our challenges were bunching up passing and just working as a team we had overcome these challenges by communicating more and working as a team we won all three of our activities because we worked as a team
